Illinois Driver's License Reinstatement Lawyers
The Kurash Law Firm is frequently contacted by individuals who, while residing in Illinois, received violations (DUI or other) which resulted in the Suspension or Revocation of their Illinois’ Driving Privileges.
In the above mentioned instances, the individuals have relocated out of Illinois and are now attempting to seek driving privileges in the State they now reside, but are unable too, because of the “HOLD” or “STOP” in Illinois.
In other instances, individuals were able to receive a driver’s license in another state prior to the entry of a Suspension or Revocation on their Illinois’ driving record. As a result, they are unable to renew it as the National Database PDPS (Problem Driver Point System) reveals the “HOLD” or “STOP” in Illinois and they are told they cannot renew their license until such is cleared.
The Kurash Law Firm has successfully represented hundreds of individuals who reside in other states and are seeking clearance of the “HOLD” or “STOP” on their Illinois record. The process is called an “Out of State Petition.”
This process can be confusing and complicated, not to mention time consuming. The Kurash Law Firm has the experience and expertise to guide you through this process in a timely and effective manner so you can receive the return of driving privileges in the state you now reside.
The Kurash Law Firm takes great pride in making sure its clients are properly prepared for their Out of State Petition so as to ensure the greatest likelihood of SUCCESS!!!
