Do I Need To Come Back To Illinois To Have An In-Person Hearing, Or Am I Able To Submit An Out-Of-State Packet?

If you live within 30 miles of the border of Illinois, you will need to come in for an in-person hearing. If you live further than 30 miles from the border of Illinois, you have the option of coming for an in-person hearing or submitting the out-of-state packet.

Should I Seek Legal Representation?

It is always beneficial to have an experienced attorney to help represent you at your hearing, but you are not required to do so. The Kurash Law Firm would be able to help you obtain the best possible outcome and would help you through the entire legal process. We will review your arrest history, driving record, alcohol/drug use history and let you know if we believe we can help you obtain a successful outcome. We will also make sure that the requirements by the Secretary of State are followed.
